PhoneFactor is now utilizing Microsoft Support systems to streamline the delivery of customer support. Visit Microsoft Support for links to customer service and technical solutions or to submit a new support request.

When requesting support you will need to provide the Access ID and Contract ID that were emailed to your account’s primary contact on April 2, 2013. If you do not know your Access ID or Contract ID, please call 1-800-Microsoft (642-7676) in the US (international numbers). Be sure to clearly identify yourself as using the PhoneFactor service.

Please note that since the transition to Microsoft Support is now complete  support@phonefactor.com and the 1-800-668-6536 and 1-800-655-4240 phone numbers have been retired.
