Auto Enable New Users

PhoneFactor can be configured to automatically enable new directory users for PhoneFactor using Active Directory or LDAP. When new users are enabled, PhoneFactor sends a customized welcome e-mail. When used in conjunction with the User Portal module, users without phone numbers in the directory can be directed to the User Portal to complete their PhoneFactor enrollment.

Streamline User Management

Maintain PhoneFactor user information in your existing Active Directory or LDAP server eliminating the need for IT and help desk professionals to learn and use a second system. Changes made in the directory will be synchronized with PhoneFactor at a configured interval.

Configure Synchronization Rules

Select Active Directory or LDAP organizational units, security groups or specific users to synchronize – each with their own set of synchronization and security rules. Configure whether to auto-enable users, update existing users, and keep phone numbers synchronized.
