Add premium security features to PhoneFactor:
PhoneFactor offers strong two-factor authentication using something you know [your password] and something you have [your phone]. Add an additional layer of security by requiring users to enter a personal identification number (PIN) into their phone to authenticate. Administrators control which users are enabled for PIN security and set rules to enforce PIN strength and expiration policies.
If a user suspects fraudulent activity on their account - for example if they receive a PhoneFactor authentication call but did not initiate the login - they can immediately submit a “Fraud Alert” from the PhoneFactor menu. Since the PhoneFactor authentication occurs after the user has successfully authenticated using their user name and password, this could indicate that the user’s login information has been compromised. An e-mail will instantly be sent to the contacts you specify and the user’s account will be blocked to prevent future authentication attempts.
