New PhoneFactor release

PhoneFactor Agent 1.1.4 has been released to the world. There have been lots of little improvements and changes in various places, but the bigger enhancements include:

• One-time bypass – allows an administrator to temporarily disable PhoneFactor auth for a user for one authentication
• Welcome e-mails – allows administrators to auto-send e-mails to new PhoneFactor users, complete with their registered phone number and PIN, if any
