Michael Yim, CFO and EVP of Business Operations

Mr. Yim joined PhoneFactor in March 2005 after 12 years of experience in finance, marketing and general management at leading corporations. As CFO and EVP of Business Operations, Mr. Yim is responsible for all accounting, corporate finance, human resource, and corporate operation functions.

Prior to being promoted to CFO/EVP of Business Operations, Mr. Yim led all marketing and PR functions for PhoneFactor. Mr. Yim has held multiple executive positions at H&R Block, Primedia Intertec, Burlington Industries, Lee Apparel and Procter & Gamble. In these positions, Mr. Yim has held P&L responsibility, conducted acquisitions & divestitures, and led many strategic initiatives.

Mr. Yim graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Polymer and Textile Chemistry, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School with a Master of Business Administration degree
