The Positive Networks management team brings together a wide range of skills that are rarely found in one company: world-class software development capabilities, networking and telecommunications expertise, and broad service provider experience.

As leaders within business organizations, and heavy end users themselves, it became clear to the team members that a vastly improved way to access corporate networks was called for, particularly as people migrate from narrowband to broadband Internet access. The team, largely drawn from Sprint’s broadband business units, had worked with many large and mid-sized companies and found them also to be struggling with these issues.

Thus, in early 2001, Positive Networks was formed. Not simply to build a better piece of hardware or software, but to use our wide-ranging knowledge and skills to create a complete service incorporating software, systems, network, customer service and support.
