

Mr. Borozan comes to Positive Networks after 16 years of experience in the mobile wireless, contact center, software, and networking industries. His experience is global with successes in Asia/Pac, Japan, Latin America and Europe. His revenue responsibilities have been up to $300M per year.
Most recently, Mr. Borozan served as Executive Director of Business Development at Nokia Security and Mobile Connectivity, where he developed and lead key initiatives to drive growth in secure remote access via smartphones, and expanded the division focus to policy based security initiatives. In October of 2000, Mr. Borozan, as Director, led the mobile infrastructure vertical at Cisco Systems, where he was instrumental in developing, managing, and implementing several cellular industry “firsts”. With Motorola, he implemented the first all packet network in the cellular industry for the iDEN push to talk solution. The first commercially deployed revenue generating Wifi Hotspot in the UK. Additionally, the first all IP Radio Access Network for CDMA 1X networks. With Siemens COMS Division, Mr. Borozan led a team managing the broad production deployment of packet based billing systems facilitating differentiated billing of content over the cellular data networks. His tenure generated well over $1B in revenue. Mr. Borozan served as a keynote speaker for many events such as MobilTrax, The Conference and Strategy Board, and the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals.
Before his leadership role at Cisco Systems, Mr. Borozan held executive level positions with Rockwell Electronic Commerce, running Global Channels, Core Products, and Sales for Latin America. He has held executive and general management roles at Tie Systems, Altitude Software and Nortel.
Mr. Borozan graduated with a BSBA in Finance from the University of Arizona, Eller School of Business. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Management, emphasizing strategic marketing.
